Hi there, may name is Francesca Clare Almendral. I'm a 20-year old 2nd year (BMMA) Bachelor in Multimedia Arts major in Graphic Design student at Malayan Colleges Laguna. I spend most of my time doing my hobbies, going out with my friends, selling, and helping my parents. My friends call me Chezca, Clare, Clara, Cesca and France, but, whatever is everyone comfortable with I’m fine with it.
I'm actually the type of person who can be flexible with my time and skills. I sing, dance, act, host, play instruments, draw or paint, do volunteers, and I'm also into photography. I have many talents but, because of this I don't know which one to choose or which one to do first. I'm very interested in arts, that is why I am pursuing a course in that field. Actually, I am still finding my art style but, even though I am not that confident in my works; I am eager to learn new things and eventually use all that new information to be professional and successful in this field.
As of the moment, I am learning some other things that are related to my course, it is more on graphic designing and digital artworks. Some may say, “Why pick that course when you are not that good at that field” but, for me even though I have chosen this course and knowing that I may be left out or get low grades because I’m not like my other classmates that are very good at these things. I push myself and motivate myself that someday I can be like them, that in a little more practice I can be the best I can. I love to know new information and skills that I know someday will help me a lot in my career.
Going through something or somewhere you don’t fully know if you will succeed in that field is a very good decision because pushing yourself to your limits will show the other side you didn’t know you have in you. The things you think are impossible could be impossible, just have the courage to challenge yourself and most importantly believe in yourself because, how can others believe and depend on you when you, yourself, can’t even believe in the skills you have and the skills you can acquire; just have dedication, and willingness to explore and get new information because, learning never stops.
